Sombra Black 24 in. x 48 in. Porcelain Tile offers the much sought-after look of gorgeous black-white marble. Beautiful and easy to care for, this polished rectangular tile is a home owners dream. Use it as kitchen backsplash tile or to create a head-turning accent wall. In the bathroom it performs splendidly as shower surround tile - transforming ordinary baths into extraordinary ones. Due to its resilience, this marble look tile is also suitable for light commercial applications. This is a rectified tile, mechanically finished on all sides to achieve uniformity. Its precise sizing allows for a thinner grout joint - which results in a clean, professional install and reduces staining issues.

  • 16 square feet, 2 pieces per case. Case weight is 68 lbs.
  • Grade 1, porcelain tile for floor, wall use
  • 24 in. width x 48 in. length x 0.35 in. thick
  • Glazed polished finish with a high sheen and a slight variation in tone
  • P.E.I. Rating III is suitable for medium-duty residential floors including kitchens, halls, corridors, balconies, terraces and areas used more often with normal footwear and small amounts of dirt
  • Impervious tile has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or some outdoor use and is frost proof
  • C.O.F. greater than 0.50 is recommended for standard residential applications and is marginally skid resistant; indoor use
  • Completely frost resistant for indoor or some outdoor applications
  • Residential and commercial use
  • Don't forget your coordinating trim pieces, grout, backer-board, thin-set and installation tools
  • Recommended you purchase a minimum of 15% overage to account for design cuts and patterns.
  • GREEN GUARD indoor air quality certified and GREEN GUARD children and schools certified product
  • To ensure consistency of size and colour, please capture all tiles for a project within 1 order, each item within an order is selected from a single colour (dye lot) and size (caliber), so multiple orders may receive various colours and/or sizes
  • Ceramic/porcelain, LVT and natural stone tile within a corresponding series may be produced at different times; while true to the tile, this may cause a variation in colour and size
