REFUND POLICY

RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE

 

We reserve the right to not accept returned merchandise. Goods must be returned within 30 days and should such request for return be accepted by the seller, goods must be returned in their full, unopened, and undamaged original packaging.

 

On accepted returns a handling fee charge of 25% will be applicable (depending on the type of goods). Freight and other costs will be charged.

 

No authorization will be considered for returns of powder products, adhesives, custom our special-order goods, seconds or “clearance” goods.

 

RETOUR DE MARCHANDISES

 

Nous nous réservons le droit de refuser les retours. La marchandise doit être retournée dans le 30 jours qui suivent l’achat et, si acceptée par le vendeur la marchandise doit être retournée dans les boîtes pleines d'origine, fermées et non endommagée.

 

Dan le cas où le retour serait autorisé, les frais de manutention de 25% seront retenus (dépendant du genre de matériel retourné). Les frais de transport ou autres seront chargés, si applicables.

 

Nous n’accepterons aucun retour sur les produits en poudre, les adhésifs, la marchandise faite sur mesure ou commande spéciale ni sur la marchandise deuxième deuxième qualité ou en liquidation.
