Novoplan Easy Plus is a cement-based, polymer-modified self-leveling underlayment developed for interior applications over properly prepared concrete and approved substrates. It is easy to mix, easy to pour, and easy to finish—making it ideal for smoothing and leveling uneven or rough floors prior to the installation of tile, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), laminate, hardwood, and other finished floor coverings.
One of the main advantages of Novoplan Easy Plus is its excellent flowability and quick setting time. It spreads effortlessly and forms a smooth, flat surface with minimal effort—eliminating the dips, humps, and inconsistencies that could affect the final flooring installation. It can be applied at thicknesses from 1/8" to 1", and it supports light foot traffic in just a few hours. Floor coverings can typically be installed within 24 hours, depending on site conditions.
Novoplan Easy Plus is also low in VOCs, making it safe for use in enclosed environments and projects focused on sustainability and indoor air quality. It is compatible with most Mapei primers, including Primer T and Eco Prim Grip, which help enhance bond strength and performance, especially when working over porous or non-porous substrates.
